How many candidates can we expect in a typical shortlist?
You can usually expect a shortlist of three to five well-qualified candidates. We prioritise quality over quantity and ensure that everyone presented has been pre-screened, interviewed, and evaluated against the agreed criteria.
How long does the process usually take?
A typical recruitment process takes four to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the availability of candidates. We move efficiently while still ensuring a thorough and high-quality search, so the timeline may be adjusted slightly if a position requires a more specialised profile.
What are your prices?
Our prices depend on the level and complexity of the role. Under “Pricing” you’ll find our price calculator, which provides a clear and non-binding estimate based on your specific needs. This gives you a transparent overview before we begin any collaboration.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee if the hired candidate doesn’t work out?
Yes, we offer a replacement guarantee. If the hired candidate leaves or is not the right match within the agreed guarantee period, we restart the search at no additional cost.
What kind of follow-up do you offer after a candidate is hired?
We conduct two scheduled follow-ups: one after three months and another after twelve months. These conversations help ensure that the collaboration is developing as expected and that both parties are satisfied with the match.
What testing tools do you use?
We use proven psychological assessments to provide a comprehensive evaluation, including NEO-PI-3 (Big Five) for personality and behavior, BOMAT/IST for analytical and problem-solving skills, and the Stress Indicator for resilience and coping. All assessments are conducted with Robert Jonasen, an experienced Business Psychologist, ensuring rigor and independence.
